# What does this implement/fix? Adds two playback settings to the Spotify Connect provider, for both playback engines: a crossfade duration slider (0-12 seconds, 0 = off) and a loudness normalization toggle (on by default, matching Spotify's default). Until now these always followed Spotify's defaults and could not be changed for Connect devices — the Spotify apps grey them out for Connect targets. - go-librespot: the settings are written into the generated `config.yml` (`crossfade_duration` in ms, `normalisation_disabled`). The crossfade option needs go-librespot >= 0.8.0, so this PR also bumps the bundled go-librespot to 0.9.0 in `Dockerfile.base` (older daemons simply ignore the key; the new base image build + version pin follows separately). - Soloist: the settings are written into the engine's prefs stores (`audio.crossfade_v2`, `audio.crossfade.time_v2`, `audio.normalize_v2`) before every daemon spawn.
