Music Assistant decided whether a Home Assistant player was playing our audio by checking if the entity reported our stream URL back. Some integrations report their own metadata instead, so those players were always marked as playing an external source and their queue stayed inactive. - Also take the play command MA issued into account when deciding who owns playback - Keep judging entities that do report the stream URL by it, so external playback on those is still detected - Ignore the entity's media details while an announcement is playing
