# What does this implement/fix? The `single_flight` option of the `@use_cache` decorator was documented as being for "methods that must run once per call". That is not what it does: turning it off only stops concurrent callers from sharing a single fetch on a cache miss — a fresh cache hit still returns the cached value without running the method. Both the docstring and the cache README now describe the actual behaviour, matching the wording already used at the call sites in the Yandex Music provider. **Related issue (if applicable):** - n/a ## Types of changes <!-- Tick exactly one box.
