Stop leaving a subprocess running when closing it is cancelled (#6006)

A cancellation landing on a pipe drain or on the wait for the process to exit aborted AsyncProcess.close() before the terminate/SIGKILL escalation, leaving the child alive. The cancellation is now held until the process is reaped, then re-raised.
