Players such as DLNA renderers sometimes open the same flow url twice to probe the audio. Both requests started a producer for the same playback session and both appended to the queue's play log, so the log ended up mixing entries from the connection that plays with entries from one that no longer does. Each producer now appends to the play log it published itself, so the entries of a producer that has since been replaced land in a list nobody reads.
