Nudelsalat

Classic German party pasta salad with fusilli, cooked ham, egg and cornichons in a Miracel Whip dressing shaken up in its own jar. Serves 6-8.

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta, rinse in cold water, drain and let cool.

  2. Finely dice the ham and eggs and put them on the pasta. Slice the cornichons over it.

  3. Spoon the Miracel Whip from the jar over the pasta. Put Maggi Salatgewürz, 5 tbsp vinegar, a little Maggi and a pinch of sugar into the empty jar, close the lid and shake well. Pour it all over the pasta and mix well.

  4. Let the pasta salad stand for a while and season again if needed. Just before serving, mix in the halved or quartered cocktail tomatoes.
